I’m honored to share my story and work with audiences around the world—sparking compassionate conversations around grief, healing, suicide loss, and post-traumatic growth.
In 2021, I was recognized as one of Edmonton’s Top 40 Under 40 for my contributions to grief and trauma healing, and for building a community-based practice dedicated to serving those navigating the hardest seasons of life.
In 2023, I was featured in the TELUS Optik TV docuseries called We’ve Got This: Surviving Suicide Loss, in season one, episode two, where I shared my experience of navigating suicide loss after my dad died—and offered a message of hope for others walking a similar path.
In 2022, I was featured in a TELUS Optik TV docuseries called The Magazine Club, in season one, episode two, where I spoke about the impact of grief in a woman’s life when she is not embraced or accepted as her authentic self.
Below you’ll find a selection of articles, interviews, publications, and speaking highlights where I've had the privilege to offer hope and tools for healing.
Every opportunity is part of a greater vision: reminding those who are grieving that they are not alone—and that healing, even after unimaginable loss, is truly possible.
