How I Can Help

Through my signature program, the Life After Loss Blueprint, I guide women grieving suicide loss to move beyond survival and into a life anchored in peace, purpose, and hope again.

The core program is 12 weeks long, designed to help you build the foundation for true healing. This program is designed for women ready to move beyond surface-level coping and embark on a journey of meaningful, lasting transformation.

Many women who join find that as they begin to heal and experience deep shifts, they desire continued support and community as they step more fully into the life they're creating after loss. That's why there's an option to continue beyond the initial 12 weeks—and many of my clients choose to.

Healing isn't linear. It's a journey.
You don't have to walk it alone.

A Clear Pathway Forward

PHASE ONE: DISCOVER

Here, we lay a new foundation for healing and explore how suicide loss has uniquely impacted your life—so you can begin to properly process your grief and feel more calm, present, and grounded in your body.

PHASE TWO: UNCOVER

Then, we bring awareness to the beliefs, patterns, and inner blocks (like guilt, shame, and fear) that have kept you stuck in survival mode— so you can shift out of self-blame and into a more compassionate, softer way of being.

PHASE THREE: RECOVER

Finally, we guide you to heal the unfinished business in your relationship with your loved one and rebuild your life with intention—so you can experience renewed hope for the future, find meaning in your loss, and transform your pain into purpose.

Stories of Healing and Hope

"Before working with Ashley, I felt like every inch of my body was drying in cement. I was consumed by shame, regret, and thoughts of ending my life. Ashley’s program changed everything. She helped me rewrite my story, find tools to live with my grief, and reconnect with my son in a way I never thought possible."

— Ell

"For the first time, I felt lighter and like I could breathe again. Ashley’s compassionate guidance helped me release the weight I carried and refocus on the love and life in front of me. This process truly changed my life."

— Ellen

"Before working with Ashley, my biggest struggle was admitting I needed help. Through her program, I realized we are not meant to grieve alone. Ashley’s approach is compassionate and thorough. She made even the hardest concepts feel understandable and safe."

My Story

If I hadn’t lived it myself, I might not have believed it was possible either.

When I lost my dad, Jesse, to suicide in 2010, my world shattered. I was 23 years old and a graduate student, suddenly facing a loss so heavy, so complex, that it felt impossible to carry.

I kept going—working, living, pursuing my education—but inside, I felt hollow, weighed down by guilt, shame, unanswered questions, and a deep ache that wouldn't let go.

It wasn't until I found the right tools, support, and my own personal faith journey that healing truly began.

I realized that grief doesn't disappear with time. Healing after suicide loss requires intention, support, and a willingness to rebuild your life from the inside out.

Today, I am living proof that deep grief and deep joy can coexist. And it’s now my life’s calling to walk alongside other women like you, as they find their way back to themselves, too.

You don't have to settle for mere survival. There is more ahead for you—and I would be honored to walk beside you.
